Fell out of contract on closing day, kept the price, never relisted

The deal fell apart the day we were supposed to close. Most agents panic, cancel, restage, and go back on the market.

I got on the phone and negotiated a backup offer from one of our own buyers before the cancellation was even signed. Same price. No restaging. Never went back on market. We just swapped one set of buyers for another.
